Each train is equipped with an integrated gap filler. Wheelchair users can board and alight independently, without the need for staff assistance or the use of a ramp.
PRM areas in each train allow wheelchair users to move around easily.
Certain wheelchair dimensions may restrict access to PRM areas on board. Minimum technical requirements, defined by the PRM Technical Specifications for Interoperability (TSI), may impose constraints on non-standard models.

The CDG Express assistance service at the station is a free service for people with disabilities (PSH) and people with reduced mobility (PMR).
It allows you to be accompanied at the station from the “Assistance for Passengers with Disabilities” reception point to your seat on board the CDG Express.
The service is available to: holders of a priority card*, wheelchair users, and people with difficulty walking**. Book an assistance service for boarding the CDG Express from 90 days before your travel date and up to 24 hours before your arrival at the platform, using the booking form.

* Holders of a ‘mobility inclusion’ card, a disability card, a card for those discharged from military service or war pensioners, pregnant women holding the national family priority card, and holders of a European parking card for people with disabilities, a European Disability Card, a disability or priority card issued by a Member State of the European Union, or another foreign document in the holder’s name that allows for the identification of the holder and clearly states the recognition of a disability or functional limitation.
** To persons in possession of a medical certificate attesting to the need for assistance when using a means of transport (valid for one year unless a shorter period is specified) or a pregnancy certificate.

Large lockers fitted with straps and belts are provided for bulky items such as bicycles, pushchairs and sports equipment. A train manager is on board every train and can help you stow your luggage when you board.
