Who do I speak to if I have a problem during my journey?
A train manager is available on every train throughout the journey.
They are also available during boarding to help you store your belongings and will be happy to answer any questions you have during the trip. Passenger services staff are also available at Gare de l'Est and Paris-Charles de Gaulle Airport from the first train of the day to the last, every day.
Which time do CDG Express trains depart and arrive?
There are trains every 15 minutes from 5.00 am to midnight, every day, in both directions.
Departure and arrival times are available on the “Departures and timetables” page, and you can use your ticket for whichever CDG Express train you choose.
Can I use my Navigo or Liberté+ pass to take the CDG Express?
Yes, if you have a valid Navigo pass, you are entitled to a discount.
If your monthly or yearly Navigo pass is valid at the time you buy your CDG Express ticket, you will get a 35% discount. Your Navigo pass will be checked during purchase so the discount can be applied, whether you buy your ticket online, in the app or from a ticket machine at the station.
