Travel light

There are no luggage restrictions on board the CDG Express. There are lockers for suitcases and oversized bags, so there is a place for every item.

Our teams are available at the ticket gates at the platform entrance, so feel free to ask our passenger services staff if you need help boarding, storing bulky luggage or stowing your belongings on board.

Little details make a big difference

All trains have thoughtfully equipped toilets with an automatic sliding door and sound and light signals to let you know when the door is unlocked. Inside, you will find a washbasin, soap dispenser, hand dryer, bin and handrails for your comfort and safety, and an emergency call button.

The toilets, which are designed for all passengers including families, have a fold-down baby-changing table with an opening and closing mechanism suitable for wheelchair users. They are clean, simple and accessible, contributing to the overall comfort and peace of mind on board.
