Our trains

The journey so far
When it enters service on 28 March 2027, the CDG Express will realise a vision first imagined more than 30 years ago: a direct link between central Paris and its main international airport.

My name is Marc Sorrentino; I am the Managing Director of Hello Paris.
Hello Paris meets a need, fills a gap. Today, Paris is one of the last major cities in the Western world not to have a direct rail service between the airport and the city centre. And with the CDG Express service, which Hello Paris operates, we will meet this need and fill this gap.
In three years’ time, we hope that our service, the CDG Express train, will be fully established. In other words, when people arrive at Roissy Charles de Gaulle Airport, whether they’re coming from anywhere in the world—whether they’re coming from the United States, China, Japan, or anywhere else— they will immediately think to take the CDG Express because the CDG Express will have become the simplest, quickest and most direct way to get to Paris. And if we achieve that, if we manage to make the CDG Express a natural choice, then we can say we have achieved our goal.
Hello Paris is unique in two respects. It is unique as a rail company because a new rail company that is created from scratch and sets new standards, a new way of working, is quite something. In France, at least, that’s very rare. So, it’s a real opportunity to create something completely different and truly innovative. And then, Hello Paris is also different as an airport shuttle, because there are airport shuttles in many major cities around the world, but none like the one we aim to create.
What sets us apart is the way we prioritise customer service, the way we look after our passengers, and perhaps a touch of French elegance that we’ll infuse into our organisation. If you’re looking for something new, something different, if you can’t decide between the world of transport and the world of hospitality. If you can’t decide between the technical and the human side, if you want to build the most efficient train possible, but with a bit of soul added to it, then you’re the right person for the job.
