Practical and easy to reach

Overhead storage above every seat is available for suitcases and smaller bags, so they are close to hand throughout your journey.

In the Express Lounge area, the staggered seating gives you an additional option: you can keep your bag next to you, so it is right where you need it all the time.

If you are travelling with bulky items – bicycles, pushchairs, musical instruments, sports kit, filming equipment, surfboards and the like – you can use large lockers with straps and fasteners to keep them securely in place throughout your journey. So even your luggage gets a comfortable ride on the CDG Express.

Our teams will be available when you board to help you store and secure your belongings – however big or small they are. Please label your luggage before boarding.

Who do I speak to if I have a problem during my journey?

A train manager is available on every train throughout the journey. 

They are also available during boarding to help you store your belongings and will be happy to answer any questions you have during the trip. Passenger services staff are also available at Gare de l'Est and Paris-Charles de Gaulle Airport from the first train of the day to the last, every day.

Can I board the CDG Express with a bulky item?

Yes, there is plenty of luggage space on the trains for your belongings.

This includes large lockers with fasteners and straps for bicycles, pushchairs, sports kit and other bulky items. A train manager is available on every train to help you store your luggage when you board. 

Do you have reduced fares?

Yes, several: 

  • Return tickets include a 15% discount.
  • Passengers aged 16 and under travel free when accompanied by an adult holding a valid ticket. 
  • Monthly or yearly Navigo pass holders are entitled to a 35% discount (as long as your Navigo pass is valid when you purchase your CDG Express ticket).
  • Passengers accompanying a disabled person travel free. 
  • People working at the airport or in rail services qualify for preferential fares.
