Plan ahead to save time: if you book online, you will receive your digital ticket in your phone wallet or in the mobile app in seconds, and can use it on any CDG Express train.

For another fast, simple and flexible option, you can buy your ticket at the station from CDG Express ticket machines, open payment gates at the platform entrance, or from passenger services staff.

Frequently Asked Questions

How long is my ticket valid for?

One-way tickets are valid for 24 months after you buy them. 

If you buy a return ticket, the outbound ticket is also valid for 24 months, but you need to use the inbound ticket within 90 days of using the outbound ticket, in the opposite direction. 

Can I buy a ticket on the train?

No, you need to buy your ticket before boarding.

We cannot sell tickets on the train so please make sure you have a valid ticket before you reach the entrance gates at the station.

What platform does the CDG Express leave from?

At Gare de l'Est train station: platforms 2, 3 and 4.
At Paris-Charles de Gaulle Airport Terminal 2 station: platforms 1X and 2X.

The way to the CDG Express is clearly signposted in both stations and the areas are easy to spot.
